Jacuzzi and Sundance spa troubleshooting checklist

Jacuzzi and Sundance systems often use proprietary controls and model-specific part paths. Keep the field packet centered on the label, topside message, pump or jet behavior, flow proof, heat mode, and GFCI timing.

Field-safe checks

  1. Rule out filters, water level, and modes before calling a pack or heater.
