Language expansion

Field tools should meet techs in the language they actually use.

SplashLens is wiring language support around proof, safety, speed, and real usage. Spanish is live. French Canada, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole are being measured before full app translation.

The goal is not decorative translation. The goal is fewer missed steps in the field: clearer proof prompts, safer escalation packets, better customer summaries, and faster training for mixed-language crews.

Live

Spanish

Core Spanish Field Mode is active for field workflows and should remain the highest-priority language expansion.

French Canada

Canada and Quebec demand should be measured through spa, swim spa, facility, and proof workflows before full app localization.

Portuguese

Worth testing with Florida, Brazilian, and hospitality/service routes. The app currently opens in English while tracking requested language.

Haitian Creole

Worth testing for South Florida facilities, service teams, and training-support routes where clearer instructions can reduce friction.

What gets measured

Requested language Every language CTA opens the app with a language tag so the owner dashboard can see demand.
Market Canada and other market pages use market tags so expansion is based on usage, not vibes.
First useful action PartSnap, scanner, lookup, Facility Assist, proof save, and checkout events matter more than page views.
