Likely Causes
- Wi-Fi network SSID or password changed since initial setup
- Robot is paired to old network
- App needs update
- 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi not available (robot requires 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz)

- Re-add robot using in-app setup wizard
- Ensure your phone is on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi during setup (temporarily disable 5 GHz if dual-band)
- Update app to latest version from App Store or Google Play
- Reset robot Wi-Fi by holding the power button for 10 seconds until LED blinks rapidly
Verify Before Repair

Manual error-code lookup works after the app has loaded once. AI scan features require internet and should be treated as a second set of eyes.
