What It Means
Local Control Works But App / Cloud Does Not
Likely Causes
- Local controller, Home Hub, or service panel can run equipment but app status is stale
- Cloud or account route is unavailable
- Primary Wi-Fi changed or backup network is active
- Phone app profile, permission, or scene is wrong
- Connected device assignment does not match the physical pad
Next Checks
- Prove local control first from the panel, in-can display, or Home Hub
- Capture app/cloud screen with timestamp and any alert text
- Record Wi-Fi, backup network, or hotspot state before resetting anything
- Compare schedule, scene, profile, and circuit names against the physical relay/device labels
- Send the packet before replacing control boards, radios, routers, pumps, heaters, lights, or actuators
Verify Before Repair
SplashLens is a field reference, not a repair guarantee. Confirm the visible code, exact model, and current manufacturer procedure before replacing parts, bypassing safeties, or quoting a customer.
SplashLens is independent and is not affiliated with Connected Pool Network or other equipment manufacturers.
Use SplashLens At The Pad
Manual error-code lookup works after the app has loaded once. AI scan features require internet and should be treated as a second set of eyes.
